They slapped rules on the dead lift platform. One of them was to only use bumper plates. We only have enough to stack 315 with 45's, they going to need some investments
They are smaller but if they mean we can only use bumpers I’m going to be using a 35 and tens to be over 405The iron plates aren't smaller than the rubber ones? Our gym only has four rubber 45s but big enough to where stacking iron 45s with 'em doesn't make 'em touch the ground.
Unless that isn't allowed either
