Strength Cartel was on CT Fletcher's YouTube a few years ago but this was pretty lame of them.

You can actually build your building up in this fitness shyt so to speak without having to tear the other buildings around you down. Just feeds the "meatheads or guys with muscles are over compensating for something" narrative.

I did a bunch of light weight snatch progressions this morning to loosen up.

Snatch grip DL ->
low hang power snatch ->
high hang squat snatch ->
OHS

This really helps pin point where my weaknesses are through the lift. I have first pull strength and speed down so well from years of deadlifting but the second and third pulls are garbage for me. It's so hard for me to find that violent explosiveness from hang position. I think a big part of it is my upper lat weakness.

Anyway I bumped up the weight for some heavy full singles after. I was still able to hit a new PR of 155 but I feel like at my body weight I should be comfortable w more weight on the bar.

This shyt has become an obsession for me.
