IF isn't a magic trick. It's just a coping mechanism to eat less.
Figure out how much you're really eating every day and then make a meal plan to eat less than that.

Get an estimate, follow it STRICTLY for a couple weeks and if you see change....it's working.
You'll need to be HONEST about what you're eating though...which people have a problem with.

I knocked out 45 mins of laps and my arms are sore, but officially replacing runs with swimming, or reducing to run 2ce a month and swims 3 times a week
I wish we had a pool that was indoors, cheap and convenient. NYSC on 91st and 3rd is NYC's goat low key pool, shyt was empty 10 times out of 10.
