Get a jump rope for cardio bruh...trust me the fat will burn off...all u need is about 15 minutes of it and you'll be straight

1 minute jumping and 30 seconds resting and keep repeating

Maybe a couple others but those are priorities for me. When I first started in December going my father had the first 2 and we'd take them in the car about 15 minutes before we went in. We started meeting up in separate cars and I'm not sure he's been buying those anyway so I haven't had any in like 4-5 months.

I've never had ZMA but it's supposed to be good for sleep and I NEED that lol
