I got one of those split personality eating disorders. :francis: I can go from being used to not eating much or too lazy to eat much one day, and then another day eat like 5000 calories. :shaq2:

There are times where I'm too lazy to eat and don't eat as much, like yesterday when I woke up around 7, watched some wrestling on tv, took a nap around noon, and didn't eat breakfast until damn near 1:30 after not eating since 7 the previous evening.

Then there are times when I eat way too much in a certain time period. Like the Starbucks frappe, sausage sandwich, and cheese danishI had for breakfast, plus the steak sandwich I brought from home, to now with the pint of special lo mein I just ate along with half of something called bubba tea. shyt was huge and it was their smallest size. :deadmanny:

I need to hit up the gym but I doubt that'll happen until maybe Wednesday.:sadcam:

I prefer to do 8 reps with weighted chins because it gets too hard to progress at higher reps

I just hit 60 lbs today:wow:. But the bars I use have a grip thats halfway between chin-up and neutral-grip. I wouldn't be able to do that much on a pronated pullup grip

I prefer supinated grips because I feel more activation in my biceps and middle back and because you can lift more weight with that grip (and thus require more core activation too)

Yeah chin ups activate the biceps more and lower portion of the back lats. Any grip with chinups or pullups will axtivate the back and biceps.

I recommend using the neutral grip tho on pullups cause its easier. I just like doung the thumbless grip at pronated position because I am trying spread out my lats further and i feel it most at that position.
Plus my goal is to hit 100lbs for more than 8 reps to catch up with pr if weighted dips 8 reps at 135lbs.

my homegirl was recently raving about cryotherapy on FB..how it did wonders for quelling some aches and pain..i may indulge and find a groupon or some shyt

anyone have any experience with this?
I don't really have any regular aches or pains, but I did 5 sessions to help treat a strained piriformis muscle and it did absolutely nothing to help

I did get a boost of energy after each treatment. Hardly worth the money though.

But my ailment was severe. Someone with more minor ailments may see noticeable results, who knows

fukking smoked a 435# all time 1RM DL PR this morning. Like butter. Had been wasting too much time w set up and unnecessary adjustments and overthinking everything. Bar at the shins, big deep breath then grip it and rip it.
