I quit deadlifts permanently after my last muscle strain. Not worth it.After seeing some relatives dealing with back problems later in life, there's no way I'm doing heavy deadlifts/squats anymore, no matter how great your form is there's going to be pressure on the spine and actually seeing someone dealing with spinal stenosis it's just not worth it
