It's a tough thing to start. I don't like eating the same thing everyday so I don't make 10 servings of chicken and broccoli at once. So I mix mine up a little bit.
I buy maybe 1 or 2 packs of chicken breast or thighs. That's about 10 pieces of meat. I'll put different seasonings on em about 3 a piece to a seasoning. I'll bake those.
Then I'll take a pack of ground beef or turkey and I'll make a separate dish with that on the stove with some rice and beans, sometimes spaghetti with veggie noodles.
So I end up with a good 12-13 meals there with only 3-4 dishes to clean. The main thing is limiting dishes you have to clean:ufdup:
I don't really prep veggies cause they're easiest to cook anyway and don't take time.
Now if you have a slow cooker or crock pot then that's a whole nother level :steviej:
So you mix up seasonings and about the baking.
What tips would you give about baking?
I try to lightly bread it but It doesn't work out much.

I put foil down on the pan to keep the different types of chicken separate, then put a lil water in the foil

I'm editing a video for my go to chicken recipe. Don't sleep on turkey breast though. You can get them at Walmart in the frozen meat section. Get a meat thermometer and cook it until the inside is 170 degrees. Chop it into thirds and then slice it up. They all come with gravy too. You have that with some Stove Top or potatoes.... good shyt. And then you can save the left overs.... good for 3-4 days.

I now weigh 163 lbs. Highest I've ever been in my life. I used to box from 126 to 135lb and was super skinny and minimal body fat. I'm 5'9 and have really long limbs and a short torso.

I started lifting at home with literally the bar and have been adding weight every session. Because I've never lifted weights before I wasn't sure how much I could lift so just started with nothing and worked my way up.

Just have a barbell and plates so Ive been doing squats, deadlifts, pushups (no bench at home), bent over rows, military press.

I look healthier now than when I was extremely fit and fighting. Ive ran out of plates and am going to have to join a weightlifting gym.
