Can someone post some boxing clips? I messed around with the punching bag & I just want some guidance. Plz & thank u gym brehs.

That said this late session was one of the best I've had. This 24/7 gym shyt is dope! When it's memebers only & I see someone turn away from the entrance I :lolbron: cause they can't get in.

I should go eat some peanut butter now I guess...

i have the WOAT gym partner. this nikka has the worst form and horrible ROM on damn near every exercise and swears he's swole when he only goes down barely halfway on all of his reps:snoop:
There's reason why I don't have gym partners / buddies....
Only person I can trust is myself to get it done.....

Yesterday I worked out with blue balls. Was "building up my energy" before going to workout didn't release. Balls were heavier than a ronnie Coleman bench press when I walked in there, on leg day too :francis:
I was on eggshells wondering if I should work something else or work out at all :lupe:
Started hitting legs and it wasn't that bad. Even had my ball pain ease up and could go hard no pun intended like i normally do :ehh:
And what little energy I had left I released it when I got home :shaq:

Nice to take months off from benching and still hit old numbers.... in a deficit :ahh:

Also good to know that dips are just as effective as a push motion as barbell bench... though I would argue that dips may be healthier for the shoulders. Mine anyway, and that's solely from them not aggravating old injuries. YMMV
