Dieting is actually very simple.... pick 2-4 breakfasts, lunches and dinners that add up to the calories you want to hit, do cardio 2-3 times a week, and stick to the plan. If you try to wing it you're definitely gonna fail; you have to have a plan and execute on it.
the lifestyle change, always having to psych yourself into thinking healthy.
