i'll focus on cardio tonight and the next few days for the time being...gonna try actually running on the treadmill and hope i don't fall.

Shouldn't have checked that fat loss thread recently...saw something about eating McDonald's as long as the calorie to protein ratio adds up...got home super late tonight and grabbed a mcdouble :snoop: ashamed of how delicious it was and now I feel bad about my choice :sad:

These people gotta get out of here:

Deadlift, bench and squat in one session
Take of the rack doing bench and squats while using bands to stretch in between squat sets
Do BB Rows and shoulder raises in the rack

I leave room in my diet for fast food 2x/week

I am OK with leaving some gains on the table to stay sane.... I need my Wendys burgers and Bojangles chicken strips to get through these grueling times

That's basically me with the ice creams. It makes it much easier to adhere when I know I can have it once per week :manny:

6 weeks before my trip to miami. Gonna see how this diet goes need my abs to pop:jawalrus:.

Switched to a full body routine 4x a week with cardio including 1-2 days of HIIT cardio and some 30 min cardio when I dont feel like doing HIIT.

I should be round 200lbs by may but, im losig body fat but keep the same weight at about 210:patrice:.

Sidenote: I need a belt.:hubie:. im doing light deadlifts and squats. Been holding out for 3 yrs lol. Cuz I hated seeing cats looking like superman with guts. Need a knee sleeve too. Gotta start protecting my self from overtraining.

Smh chick at the gym. Nice latina maybe slim ting with a lil booty had me record her doing burpees. Talkin about old people would be recording her butt:childplease:.
Kinda struck up a convo. She said "nice to meet you" to a brother when she left:patrice:. Got a girl but I'll see if I can put my bid in

Had two Wendy's grilled chicken wraps and a medium fries yesterday :mjgrin:

Supposed to be on a grueling cut :mjgrin:


Did 15 mins hiit with a 20lb weighted vest last night

I mean I'm eating at a very big deficit and exercising 6-7 hours a week so a 380 cal burger isn't gonna fukk me up...but I'm still disappointed for giving in :ld:

Any thoughts on Insanity or P90x? My homegirl is looking at picking one of them before the summer.

I did INSANITY which the hardest physical thing I have ever done, and I grew up an athlete. You need discipline. I basically got through it because I had a fitness junkie roommate and we did it every morning before work at 5:00 AM we even did the light workout yoga days. You just have to keep up to see results and yes you are on the right track by picking another person to do it with you or else you will fall off if you don't have the discipline.

doing 2 months of high reps caused my 1rm to jump 10 on deadlift, 10 on bench and 20 on squat

form was less than ideal on the squat though :francis:
