How do yall deal with drinking? I gotta have my modelos man :mjcry: I can cut out fast food but them modelos get me. I usually only drink 2 tall cans


Do what you gotta do, but nothing in excess, but don't be anal about it. I used to do a bottle a weekend, then 2 and currently 3 weeks. I try to keep the sugar down with the alcohol and I hydrate as soon as I'm done drinking. :yeshrug:

I just hopped on the scale and I'm 174.8. The most I weighed was 173 a year ago but I got food poisoning, lost 9 pounds, and struggled to eat for a while. I decided to do a cut and dropped to 159. I've been bulking in hopes to get to 180 which was my original goal. I'm so close but I just want to clear that hurdle and go to 190.

I feel you as long as I don't miss any days in the gym I feel like I can still drink. It used to be almost daily but I've cut back to 3 days usually the weekend.

You should see if you can go cold turkey. Are you drinking with other people at least?
