I haven't. I dabble with things similar but not that.
Hit a PR and front squatted a plate today. I had a 25, 10, and 5 on each side and could've just added another 5 but I wanted to see those 45's on there so I took them off and threw the big girls on
. Got 3 reps before the bar got wobbly and my shoulders said enough.
I want to work my way up to 2 plates. There was a PAWG in the gym that knocked out 2 reps at 225. Her thighs![]()
There's a swiss barbell at my gym. It's heavier than 45 lbs., but I don't know what weight it is. I did curls with it. the slanted bars made that more comfortable than an EZ curl bar.Bench/rows with this swiss (multi grip) bar is just![]()
