Going back to using ON whey. Should have never bought this trash epic isolate protein. shyt was only 20 servings and like $70 my ass just wanted to try it. Doesnt mix at all and too thick when drinking
Leg days for the past couple weeks have been horrible. I feel lightheaded when I have 2 more workouts left. Today I skipped 2 sets of my last lift of leg curls because I just felt too dizzy during my 1 min rest. I think I've been just pushing too hard during leg day but legs are my weakpoint
For the past week Ive been doing my lifts in the AM before work with cardio then after work do some more cardio
Imgotta stop getting on the scale so much too. Im down about 10lbs and it seems like my body just doesnt wanna get below 206lbs. Ive been cutting at 160-200g of protein, 50-80g of fat and 150-160g of carbs. But, Ive been seeing my body get leaner. Starting to see my forearm veins even more and veins in my thighs. My girl said my thighs look firm and fit

Waist did get smaller. Used to wear size 38 jeans last summer and now 36 size feel loose. And my size 40 belt is loose also
I think if I keep doing what Im doing by the end of the year I'll be greek body ready
