Had a cricket bar....was drunk when I had it. Not really impressed with the protein per bar...taste wasn't bad, but eating bugs....:huhldup:
:ehh: word. I don't think I could get over the crunchiness and the smell (apparently cricket flour/powder smells like dog food). I'd have to mask the hell out that somehow.

The things we do for gains

Until crickets become cheaper per gram of protein than whey, it can hit the bushes

Just a fad right now until that price is right

I'm down to eat whole crickets as long as they are 3 cents per protein gram

Its gonna take decades before they will be accepted into the American market in volumes that allow for that lower pricing

We don't that often. She lives back home in Alabama now. I'm still cordial with her and the family though. We're just competitive though and doing these challenges

What type of routines are yall doing while you cut?
I am doing exactly what I was doing in my bulk. Only way I can think to keep track of strength... I don't like to switch it up. I am doing 3x5-9 on compounds and 5x12 on accessories.

Next bulk though I think I am going to go up to 5x5-9 on compounds. Gains slowed up. When I cut though I will fall back to 3x5-9.
