Went to the club the other night. Had a couple girls look at me like, "You're muscular" and feel on my arms and chest.

I had to stop one of them when she tried to feel on my stomach tho. :whoa: I ain't start my cut yet. :flabbynsick:

Low-key ready to switch routines. Been on GVT-style workouts since last June. My work capacity has definitely gone up but I ain't been able to put no respeck on that bar :birdman: Can't put no respeck on it when you doing 10x10 or even 10x6 :birdman:

just started doing 10x10. hate it a feel like a hoe. aint no body gonna put no respeck on my name liftin 65lbs dumbells on bench :birdman:

I worked on bicep on Sunday. I did dumbbell curls. Didn't go up to 45 lbs. though.
I felt a bit flabby and sick walking into the gym so I did stair climber instead of treadmill jogging.

Working out is most def addicting, it eats up alot of time though. I didn't realize just how much between going to the gym and time spent there and coming back.


I wish I had a setup at my home. That would be perfect:noah:
