I need to take a forced week off :mjcry:

Like few weeks ago I started hearing crack sounds on the lower part of my leg whenever I tried to get into deadlift position or squatting. Just ignored hoping it got better, it never did yet. Now my left knee feels Kind of tender. So fuk it really isn't worth it. Hopefully I get back on track resuming super bowl Sunday.

There were 3 hella annoying chicks at the gym today. First these motherfukkers were doing lunges across the room near the bench press machines when theres a whole free space area round the corner smh fukk out my way man im tryna carry some weights :stopitslime:

Then they take up the incline bench when nikkas was waiting to use it. They werent even using the bench, basically they were standing where a spotter stands, laying 20kg plates on teach others ass and doing some stupid fukking calf raises or some shyt. I was like wtf :dead:

I swear half the chicks that come to a gym just do it to stunt. There was some persian chick on Monday using the squat press machine BACKWARDS, so stretching out her whole ass for no damn reason in a gym full of nikkas. Like do you think youre using any different muscles? fukk you have to do this shyt for :mindblown:

One of the reason why I hate working out at night, all the goofy (although :shaq:worthy) white chicks come out and think its the damn university center. Holding up space but not doing nothing, just :francis:.





Felt a sharp pain in my knee while squatting the last set.:dame: I think I need work on my foot placement again (can't keep align for shyt), but I only notice it when lifting heaving.:why:

Did RDL's, feels like my lats aren't strong enough yet for my range of motion (feels like I gotta go down to my shins to get a good stretch in my hams/glutes); Might just still stick with leg curl for now on.

Do you have an active job and go straight from work to the gym? If so it might be stress overload on the joints and tendons. If not, might be time to actually take some time off from the gym to heal. No deload, just leave the gym alone for 2 weeks to a month.

Na I usually lift or run first thing in the morning if I go to the gym.

You are probably right, prob should of rested back then but can't do much about that now. I'm gonna rest till the 7th and try to run to see how I feel. If not I'll take at least 2 weeks off from then just to hopefully get back to Normal.

Prob have to adjust my diet if I do take a big extended time off.

For the past couple of weeks I've been trying to go 5 days on and then 2 days rest (basically to have the weekend free), but man after that 4th day I'm just exhausted Friday morning. Saturday morning workouts it is then to complete the week.
