I basically want hypertrophy in my chest and abs..
Yep, if there's one thing I'm DESPERATELY trying to get is hypertrophy in my chest and abs. And I'm not even looking for extreme hypertrophy. I just got done doing assisted handstand pushups for the upper pecs, and I'm GASSED. I've done 40-50 reps so far, with short breaks inbetween. It's tough. Breathing hard, gasping....

A rack is finally open and these dudes start staring at me. Only went up to 405 for controlled reps today and then one of them had the balls to tell me that I should drop them and save energy. That I should loosen up more and use a belt. I swear I was getting trolled or they were that oblivious. I just looked at him and put my headphones back on.
at least it's deload week anyway
