I never planned this but right now 4 straight rest days. But I go back to lift tomorrow morning. I guess doing 2 lifting days & 1 cardio day can cause that to happen. I think this should be good for me.

Breh I had 4 rest days in the row the other week.. The first day coming back I was a lil rusty but after a carb up the next day training was lit.. I felt strong as Fukk lifting everything :banderas:

God has a sick fukking sense of humor brehs

Just more out of coincidence than anything I didn't have any sugar outside of my kale smoothie all weekend..... calories were still high or damn near over target.... I look so much leaner brehs. No cardio no nozzing since like Monday. Matter fact I've been on a deload and I'm still quasi pumped

But a nikka love his Smores Pop Tarts, Snickers, peanut butter chocolate wafer bars and other assorted pre diabetic snacks......... is a 6 pack really worth it :lupe: :sadcam: Them clean bulk feels :dahell:

:rudy: I'm ectomorphic and i'd say bodyweight exercises like pull-ups and dips are way more effective than 90% of the other shyt I do.

My arms, shoulders and back got big as fukk from pull-ups and dips, not bicep curls.
