SNL: Saturday Night Lifting 

Yep. I wake up at 6am to hit the gym and initially it was hard because I was used to sleeping till 7:30 and waking up that early when it's cold and dark wasn't very appealing. Now it's second nature.I just force myself up, after you do it a couple of times, you see its not so bad and the benefits far outweigh being tired for 10 mins or whateverFORCE yourself a couple of times, and it will start to set in...hopefully

Just more out of coincidence than anything I didn't have any sugar outside of my kale smoothie all weekend..... calories were still high or damn near over target.... I look so much leaner brehs. No cardio no nozzing since like Monday. Matter fact I've been on a deload and I'm still quasi pumped
But a nikka love his Smores Pop Tarts, Snickers, peanut butter chocolate wafer bars and other assorted pre diabetic snacks......... is a 6 pack really worth it![]()
