what constitutes a "dirty bulk"?
Is it simply when people arent counting calories and go way above maintenance (1K + calories)?

Im bulking, but im counting my calories (no more than 500 calories above maintenance).
I eat clean for the most part, but some nights I need to get 2K calories because I didnt eat much during the day...so ill eat a whole pizza w/ a bag of veggies.

Is this dirty because the pizza isnt a healthy food?
or is it considered clean bulking because my calories and macros are still in check?

going to the gym tomorrow. hopefully i dont embarrass myself on the pullup assist machine again:snoop: how can a human be this weak?:dahell: i cant do a pull up to save my life and i didnt know what i was doing. so i roll up to the machine like:youngsabo: im finna learn to do a pullup. I put that shyt on 20:youngsabo::youngsabo:




:snoop: i didnt get it and was dangling and getting nowhere near the top bar.. so i put it on 10:jawalrus:




:snoop::snoop: even heavier. So i walked away casually and used a different machine with my head down out of embarrassment. Then i went home and looked up the machine and found out it works by counter balance. so i should have put it on like 140lbs to pullup 10lbs. but instead i was pulling up 140lbs with only 10lbs assistant:francis:. well you live and you learn, ill try again tomorrow.

my thighs poppin' though i look so good in heels now :whoo:

Lol, that's tough. At least your body's taking form. How long have you been working out?

I've been no bread, no dairy, no grains, for this whole week. My body's been trembling like a dope fiend...

Less is more I guess. Breads(specifically) give contribute to a gut. I'm trying to stay strong. I feel like pookie from New Jack City. I saw some cream cookies and almost busted the pack open, but restrained myself at the last second. But hopefully I'll have a four-pack by mid February. I'm getting there.

"Dirty" just means significantly over maintenance.

Some places you'll see it referring to the kind of food you're consuming, but it generally means what you said first. You're clean bulking.
