first week back at it and back to lifting....dropped 5 lbs..from 244 beginning this week to 239...not bad considering i went ham in nyc with food and drink at my cousin's wedding last weekend...my workout plan is solid...but my off gym days ive been emailing myself all types of recipes i come across at work..esp if it involves spinach...i gotta to really get the clean eating wave when im not working so i dont plateau too early

2nd day of my strength week was good yesterday. Weighed at 169 lbs in the morning.

Military Press: 6 x 4 - 85 lbs, 95 lbs, 100 lbs, 105 lbs, 110 lbs, 115 lbs
Wide Grip Pull ups: 3 x 10 - did 7 reps for the first set and 4 reps for the last two sets.
Front Squats: 6 x 4 - 185 lbs, 195 lbs, 205 lbs, 210 lbs, 215 lbs, 220 lbs
Weighted Drips: 6 x 4 - 25 lbs + BW, 30 lbs + BW, 35 lbs + BW, 40 lbs + BW, 45 lbs + BW, 50 lbs + BW
1 Arm DB Rows: 6 x 4 - 65 lbs, 70 lbs, 75 lbs, 80 lbs (2 sets), 85 lbs (failed at 2 reps for each side)
Conventional Deadlifts: 8 x 3 - 175 lbs, 185 lbs, 195 lbs, 205 lbs, 215 lbs, 225 lbs, 235 lbs, 245 lbs ( 1 rep)

Pretty happy with what I did. Really happy how I did for military press, Squats, dips and rows so I am making progress. Pull ups is slowly getting better, but very slowly. I decided last week to do all of my deadlifts with a double overhand grip as opposed to a mixed grip. Considering it was my first time doing it and I am satisfied. Will be interesting how deads go next week when I go back to the 4 x 6.

Going over the notes about the surgery my surgeon gave me and it explicitly says no lifting for a month :mjcry::mjcry::mjcry:

All these gains I made in 2015...*POOF* :mjcry:

Still rehabbing my shoulders. Worst shyt ever. Never injure your shoulders brehs, it will end your lifting career. I may never bench again

Me too and I've been eating real clean .

Folks are saying i might not be getting enough sleep .
