Bruh, I kept stealing looks at this one chick with orange highlighter yoga pants the other day. It got so bad that my inner voice made me realize that I've been looking for so long that I wouldn't be able to pick her out of a line up unless they did it from the waist down.Those tights and then she decided to do box squats right in front of me for my entire incline bench set.

Skip the pull-up assist machine if you are assisting a majority of your weight.going to the gym tomorrow. hopefully i dont embarrass myself on the pullup assist machine again how can a human be this weak? i cant do a pull up to save my life and i didnt know what i was doing. so i roll up to the machine like im finna learn to do a pullup. I put that shyt on 20
i didnt get it and was dangling and getting nowhere near the top bar.. so i put it on 10
even heavier. So i walked away casually and used a different machine with my head down out of embarrassment. Then i went home and looked up the machine and found out it works by counter balance. so i should have put it on like 140lbs to pullup 10lbs. but instead i was pulling up 140lbs with only 10lbs assistant. well you live and you learn, ill try again tomorrow.
