Good video, mayne i swear those bodybuilders from years back had some GOAT bodies. How they still got a slim waistline? :damn:

I need to try that "shock the body" thing although i guess it takes some time to get used to.

Took it easy on the 3MR and smoked it. Wasn't tired at all however I did sleep pretty well so that had to have helped. It's to the point that I have to almost fail the run to really "feel it" but I'm not trying to hurt myself.

Seeing prolonged vascularity in my arms (forearm down) at more hours of the day. S h i t looks insane late in the night so much so that veins in my hands and fingers pop as well. Still working on lowering the BF%. The ultimate goal is to reach and sustain 15% however, I'll take and keep 19% just to say that I am under 20%.

Bruh, I kept stealing looks at this one chick with orange highlighter yoga pants the other day. It got so bad that my inner voice made me realize that I've been looking for so long that I wouldn't be able to pick her out of a line up unless they did it from the waist down. :hamster:

I'm usually not on creep mode to much and pretty focused. Those activities, with her build, right in front of me made it impossible not to :shaq:

going to the gym tomorrow. hopefully i dont embarrass myself on the pullup assist machine again:snoop: how can a human be this weak?:dahell: i cant do a pull up to save my life and i didnt know what i was doing. so i roll up to the machine like:youngsabo: im finna learn to do a pullup. I put that shyt on 20:youngsabo::youngsabo:

:snoop::snoop: even heavier. So i walked away casually and used a different machine with my head down out of embarrassment. Then i went home and looked up the machine and found out it works by counter balance. so i should have put it on like 140lbs to pullup 10lbs. but instead i was pulling up 140lbs with only 10lbs assistant:francis:. well you live and you learn, ill try again tomorrow.

Skip the pull-up assist machine if you are assisting a majority of your weight.
I would suggest that you use a weight-resistance machine for doing pull exercises. So you are seated and not moving, but the weight plates are moving as you pull.
