Lol they're WordPress blog posts, it's just for SEO. I'm still tuning it a bit but I figure it's better to get into the swing and perfect things rather then wait till its prefect.
You kinda behind the times breh .

People don't want to read all that period .

First comes the visual either clients or yourself .

Then you post food and work out technics .

Then you can squeeze in all that science .

You have to adapt to the times breh but you can get popping off social media .

I've seen local nobodies that go to my gym get sponsorships and start generating money .

I'm talking in a year the shyt crazy .

Flying out to shoots and speaking events .


This one girl worked hard got her pro card I think after 2 shows if I remember right .

After that business was booming !!

She got mad followers and sponsors started noticing .

Slap some pics on your pages breh your shyt wack .


I wouldn't have even started it till I was ready no one is reading any of that just being honest .

I think I`m going to go back to doing 2 body groups a day instead of full body. Get in and out quicker and end non leg sessions with 15 min stationary bike.
