Getting a little doughy. I would be OK 5lb lighter. Do I take 2 weeks and do a mini kamikaze cut or just roll it into the long cut I have coming in March? I feel like dropping 5 would keep me motivated. But I am making such good progress on my lifts :jbhmm:


I'd just do the one big cut, maybe do something like carb cycling now if you want to lose a little of the fat, so that way you still have the energy to lift. :yeshrug:

I rode my bike a bit and got back to normal. I think a little more cardio should hold me down. I definitely wanna do one big cut and be done

Bodied my first workout since Thanksgiving week. Missed hella days although not all of them were my fault. My elbow is still in pain however this time, it hurt way more during the first two calisthenic cycles and almost not at all during the last two. This Advil had me straight for the last few months but I'm not sure that it is still effective. I hope it lasts because I do not want to the doctor with this nonsense. In fact, I know that I should go get some medical advise from a professional but I don't want them to tell me that I need to "Take it easy". These gains ain't gone gain themselves. LOL at me telling the Doctor that and getting thrown out of the office and still getting a bill.

I'm really thinking about eating almost nothing at all before I work out. Just a few glasses of water and maybe a handful of rice or nuts. I've felt so much better this week doing this on accident that I think I might just keep rocking with it. So long as I can keep my workouts early in the day. :manny:

I hate that shyt we all their together for the same reason why gotta bring bad vibes in the gym

That's why I don't really look at people I look thru them when I'm in the gym nowadays. I just don't have time for the "stare down/size up the big scary black guy" stuff. I'm there to get better at being me

There is such a massive gap in difficulty between the dumbbell shoulder press and the dumbbell bench. Dumbbell shoulder press is borderline impossible to progress on.

My Barbell overhead press max is like 195-200 so my db shoulder press should be higher

I know you use plate loaded dumbbells. You can find tiny plates online to add anything from 0.5 lbs to 4.5 lbs per dumbbell. This will allow you an achievable progression
