Getting a little doughy. I would be OK 5lb lighter. Do I take 2 weeks and do a mini kamikaze cut or just roll it into the long cut I have coming in March? I feel like dropping 5 would keep me motivated. I rode my bike a bit and got back to normal. I think a little more cardio should hold me down. I definitely wanna do one big cut and be doneI'd just do the one big cut, maybe do something like carb cycling now if you want to lose a little of the fat, so that way you still have the energy to lift.![]()

My Barbell overhead press max is like 195-200 so my db shoulder press should be higher
There is such a massive gap in difficulty between the dumbbell shoulder press and the dumbbell bench. Dumbbell shoulder press is borderline impossible to progress on.
