My arms (forearms and biceps) are lagging tremendously anybody got some "must do" workouts over and above dips and curls?

Dropsets or similar high rep/fatigue inducing exercises on cable machines

Overhead single dumbell extensions

Vary your grip/angle on curls

I have to start working out at 3:30am :scust:

Working at night is killing me brehs :sadbron:

Random question but doesn't anyone experience runners itch :lupe:

It's the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life brehs .
Basically my legs start itching then works up to my butt, stomach and arms .

It feels like someone lit a match on my skin .

I've read up and it's not always due to inactivity some folks say they work out on a regular and some are small as 130lbs and still get these symptoms .

I can't run for shyt with this pain but on the elliptical I'm good :dahell:

Stairs :sadcam:

Worst pain ever wouldn't wish this shyt on anyone :mjcry:

@ThiefyPoo Never heard of it :sadcam:

Are you saying the pain subsides when you are on the elliptical?

I googled but coming up with all types of :sadcam: You suffered for a long time?

Just a curiosity, how long it took y'all to bench 225 at least 8 times?
Was your progression regular (like 5 lbs every week)?
How much did you bench your first time?

Every button up and dress shirt I've bought in the last year is starting to get too tight around the chest.

Every. single. one. :francis:

Though that's a relatively minor complaint. I'd rather they be too tight around the chest than too tight around the gut. :flabbynsick:

9 month cut. Wow.

I tend to never bulk particularly long or big. Meaning I never have to lose more than 10-15lb. Also can always keep the same clothes lol.

its great after i did that 5K a couple weeks ago that i was able to start my low maintenance period, which is the last 2 months of the year. Let my body get back to normal somewhat.

  • No IF
  • No cutting
  • No weights; strictly cardio/calisthenics
  • Indulge in food a little more (in moderation :whoa:..weight don't come off fast like it used to lol)
  • Tone down on the supplement usage
  • Give me time to sit and draft a new workout plan for the next year
  • Do my usual year end physical to make sure there's no alarming shyt I need to be made aware of
Because in January, I'm hitting the weights HARD. Gotta get my aesthetics back. I also need to really find a new gym to be at. All these vacation days that I'll be taking off for the remainder of the year should give me time to do that.
