fukk it I caved in with LA Fitness...they are the best bang for the buck and is with 10 miles of me.


CT's boy "Da Hulk" goes to my gym and records there with his girl...nikka is big as fukk. Dude came at me b/c I moved his and his girl's shyt by the bench press...he was like, "don't be moving people's shyt without asking dawg." I was like, "that's why they have locker rooms bro." :skip: On the inside I was like....:mjcry:

Those Mio water enhancers are the truth. I was having a hard time drinking enough water on days I didn't work out, but now I can get through a whole gallon in just a few hours.

You don't even need to put that much in. Just one to two squirts to give your water a little extra flavor.

I've heard similar. Because I've heard that you typically need to spend very little time(5-10 minutes tops) on abs if you want definition.

I just lost 40lbs and my stomach area is poppin like a muthafuka.
Its all squats, DLs etc.... I actually feel my abs activate a lot of e-z bar curls and tricep extensions.

imo it only makes sense to do ab work if youre a fighter.

Losing weight is easy as hell for me. Its achieving at least a modicum if definition in my abs that confuses me. I lost about 50lbs a couple years ago and became skinny, yet no definition. I've slowly tried to build muscle, and I've gained mass in my arms and traps, but my stomach barely has much definition. What are DL's?

My arms (forearms and biceps) are lagging tremendously anybody got some "must do" workouts over and above dips and curls?

Drank six litres of water yesterday like it was candy. :win: Thank you, based Mio.

Also finally hit four plates on deadlifts.

I'm having all kinds of issues right now. I strained my left hamstring and left lower back two months ago doing rack pulls. It's slowed down my back workouts and I can't really hit legs. Pull ups, pull downs, and machines are the only things that I can do with no problems. I just tried some T bar rows and aggravated it. It's not painful but it gets sore and tight.

I'm not getting a pump like I used to:why:

I've been lifting for 14 months and went from 140-170lbs but the last two months my appetite has dipped, I was getting bloated, then there was heartburn. I dropped to 165. My stomach has normalized so I'm back to eating but these setbacks are driving me crazy. I wanted to get to 180. I'm not going back to being skinny:mjcry:

I worked on legs yesterday. Barbell squats:
It's my second week of getting back into legs. I stopped at the end of August after hurting my knees.
I was doing 175 lbs. and it felt like I was doing 225 lbs. That's sad. :snoop:

Started my back workout with deadlifts...got 495 and went for 515. I felt lucky and decided to try my 2014 1RM. I threw up and felt nauseous staring at the 535...went to the bathroom and regrouped. :mjcry: Just went to the bar and got 535 so smooth...was easier than the 495 rep.:whew: Chalk and no belt. My grip is good enough now to hit 405 double overhand. I feel I can get around 560...:jbhmm:
