My left knee is tender....might go cop one
Walking dumbbell lunges are my new #1 until I decide to start a squat program back up. I went hard at squats for a few months and need a break.
Loving this exercise for a variety of reasons. Single leg training is so dope but so hard at the same time since you have to do double the work
