If Rondo is leading these "misfits" into playoff position, why is he 7th in on/off court differential (net negative might I add) and 1-7 in the games when Cousins doesn't play?

Rondo was 1-8 for 7 points and the Cavs left him open pretty much all game
Kyrie was 13-21 for 32 points and shytted on Rondo all game.



But I thought Rondo is leading this team. What's happened to his leadership skills
