They've got enough enough picks to land him without giving up any pieces of their core (ship has sailed on that now). Cousins easily adds 10+ wins for them. They're the perfect team for him: great offensive scheme, great defensive players, great offensive support players, great coach and they play team ball. It's the ideal environment for him.
