Breh, I like light skin women I married one, but dont overrate them. If she was darkskin I wouldnt over rate her either way.
thats great...

the chick still looks good. Bad or not is perspective but if another dude says she’s bad, and she actually looks good, then who gives a fukk about her skin color?

Observations (I’m only on episode 3)

Wifey is cute. Not bad. (I get mini Tracie ellis vibes for some reason)

The kid could of been recasted easily

Is “cac father figure” gona fukk the mom? :snoop:

Cac could of been the landlord or something. Would of been cool to see another BM as a father figure or helping him with his powers

1st few episodes were just intriguing enough to keep me interested.

It starts to pick up when:

Ole girl from the wire shows up.

After that it gets pretty good.

Then you get a minor plot twist.

When you kind of figure out the company isn't evil and they are actually trying to help

Then the bigger plot twist.

Def worth watching, and bringing up in convo. But, def not one im putting my stamp on as a, "Yo, you gotta go watch this."

Moms acting was pretty good. Kid acting was hit and miss, but overall avg.

For some reason the scene of him chasing that squirrel annoyed TF out of me.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
On Ep 5. This has ended up pretty good I think. Very 'Netflix'in that it started out slow and makes a decided turn for the better once the plot is established. They are creating good depth to the main characters so far. Showing some realistic life struggle. I actually think the kids are doing great, as in acting like real kids. Seems they paid a lot of attention to letting kids be kids in the background. Nice positive black role models so far. Anxious to see what happens in the end.
That main kid acts like my 4 year old son but with a better vocab. Which is very bad considering he’s 8. He’s annoying as fukk for a kid his age. Shorty reminds me of Alicia Keys a lil bit.
