I don’t get all the hate on the kid’s acting.

i thought he was pretty convincing...the overall production quality seemed off though.

That kid was an okay actor. If you watch a lot of movies or TV you’ll definitely notice there are better child actors than him. The girl that played Esperanza was good. Let’s not pretend he pulled off some master class like the kid in Beasts of no Nation. He was alright. He was really off sometimes. Mom is a good actress.

I knew what was up with Pat by like the 2nd episode, but I like how it was revealed.

This show was enjoyable, won't front didn't really see Pat as the boogey man, obvious in retrospect. Hope we get a season 2 with demonic psychic farm boy as the villain.

first 6 or so episodes were solid but I haven’t liked the last 2-3

You could tell something was up with Pat from the jump but his 180 after the reveal was bad

My son love this show 3yrs old grabbing tha remote and going straight to it.. He got me watching it.. I saw this thread when it first came out and shawty was gettin hate cuz they thought white boy was the father figure whta loop huh
