Ignorant people of all colors ain't shyt.

Also, those events happened 20 years ago. Let the hatred go, King isn't lobbying for more hatred.
Those events are still happening today.

This dude has been literally tormented by perceptions of what race he is for his entire life. And now the people that should be standing for him are allowing the people who tormented him to further tear him down.

Its disgusting.:smh:

He's a pastor by trade so I think it's understood that he takes money to live from the funds he works tirelessly to raise. Dude has a family.

No different than using some of the tithe to provide for the pastor and his family, also the missing money thing is probably slander anyway. He is a stand up person IMO, and I've known about this guy from his work for over 7 years.

I am behind Shaun King 100% and he IS bi-racial....like it even fukking matters.

:scust: people that used hopemob ended up not getting any money, ahomeinhaiti was missing $500k, thats okay cause shaun got a family?

The first point you made about them being disorganized with no true goals was valid.

Once you decided to start talking about how you can't support them cause they aren't dismissive of other civil rights movements. You lost me.
All the points I made were valid chump. Just because you don't agree with something doesn't make it invalid. That's besides the point anyway. The point is that instead of challenging my point or explaining why you disagreed, you decided to post some sassy empty ass comment.

I said what I had to say.

Trying to tear down a group that has your best interest in mind, because they also support some other people is the definition of cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Its dumb as fukk, so I laughed at your dumb ass
I haven't said shyt about tearing anyone down. fukk you need to lie for? I said that I don't support BLM and explained why I don't support them. Again, you didn't challenge any of my reasons for not supporting them because you can't. Being wary of BLM conflating lbgt issues with black issues is certainly a valid point. When do you see the lbgt community fighting for black issues? When have they used their platform to advocate for black empowerment? You don't see that because it doesn't happen. Time and time again we've allowed others to hijack our movements and causes to benefit themselves and their own agendas. It's happened with feminists, Hispanics, and now gays. :childplease: at you telling me that my position is invalid and not worthy of a response.

No they weren't.

In politics you look to gain allies, not alienate yourself. Any minority movement needs support from outside of its ranks.

You don't understand this. The point you made and keep repeating is dumb, and not based in reality.

Grow up

It's interesting how quick Tariq believed this shyt solely based on the fact Shaun came to the defense of some people who had been attacking him. He's usually quite the cynic. Especially when it comes to the white media. :francis:

Bruh, you're literally arguing like a 12 year old yet you have the nerve to say "grow up". Why can't you just state case like an adult instead of getting sassy like you some little bytch? Stop trying to hide your lack of intelligence behind a dismissive attitude.

You have to be crazy to think that saying "we need allies" refutes what I've said. I literally just explained how other groups have ho'd us under the guise of being allies. The ally shyt goes both ways and other minority groups have proven that they are unwilling to have our back as black people when it comes to challenging systematic white supremacy. Just because other groups are willing to use us for their own personal agendas doesn't make them allies. It's makes them pimps. When has the lbgt community ever stood up and used the weight/power of its movement to help the black community? They haven't and they never will. We look like idiots conflating their issues with out issues, especially when it's well known that racism is entrenched in the lbgt community just as much as it is in mainstream society. Same thing with the feminist movement and it's the same thing in the Hispanic community.

The reality is that we don't have any allies, all we've got is us. We don't need allies anyway because the solution to our problems is black empowerment.

Wake your stupid ass up. These BLM people were appointed by whites to be the new "leaders" if the black community and they are certainly controlled by whites. Pardon me for being suspicious.

You sound mature as fukk right now breh.
:mjlol:

Who do you think it is supporting the BLM movement?

Its the same people. People who are fighting for civil rights period. People who have moved beyond the in-fighting those in power want us to do.

LGBT Community Marches for "Black Lives Matter"

They haven't and they never will. We look like idiots conflating their issues with out issues, especially when it's well known that racism is entrenched in the lbgt community just as much as it is in mainstream society. Same thing with the feminist movement and it's the same thing in the Hispanic community.
You said you watched the conversation they had with Hilary. Did they ask her anything about gay lives?
No.
Their main agenda is Black lives, you don't see them interrupting political rallies to talk about gay rights. They may support the gay movement as they should, but they clearly have their own agenda.

The reality is that we don't have any allies, all we've got is us. We don't need allies anyway because the solution to our problems is black empowerment.
This is clown shyt. EVERY civil rights movement we have had, has been supported by people outside our community or it wouldn't have happened.

Wake your stupid ass up. These BLM people were appointed by whites to be the new "leaders" if the black community and they are certainly controlled by whites. Pardon me for being suspicious.

The same white people supporting LGBT huh?:ohhh:

But I thought you just said they didn't also support our movement?

Which is it?

and those would be the mixed ones.

this shyt is really not that complicated. east africa is located right next to arabia and is not too far by sea from india. the idea of foreigners fukkin into the population is not that crazy a hypothesis. and the genetics bear this out. ethiopians are like 50/50 in terms of african genes and non-african genes.

obviously nipsey hustles father is not 100% native east african. he's probably descended from some dudes that fukked with ay-rabs or indians.

Mentally ill Tigrean troll..

Not sure why you are trying so hard but your Tigrean habesha dark skin and kinky hair is a gift from God and you should embrace it.

This is what Habesha Ethiopian looks like, watch it and enjoy, and stop derailing this AA thread with your mulattos crap.

No it really doesn't go against eurocentric ideals...

It does

the "natural hair" movement isn't about nappy hair staying nappy from what I've seen:skip:

Natural hair doesn't mean you can't grease it or keep it styled. It's more about not using chemicals like lye and appreciating the natural afro texture of your hair.

But I ain't about to get into no off topic long argument. So let's just agree to disagree.

It's better for you to end it because it's one you will lose:lolbron:

Ive said nothing about "features". I said that anybody who is subject to systematic oppression due to their African heritage is black. Since you don't know what "oppression" means then get a dictionary and look it up.
the fukk are you talking about, not about "features"? how the fukk are you going to oppress someone you don't know is black? How the fukk can you make it about an individual with a word like "anybody" and it not come down to a personal determining factor? is your employer gonna fukking search your family on ancestry.com and find your roots and decide not to hire you? You sound like a fukking imbecile right now and are moving goal posts for your mutt children and white wife.

I don't know who you're talking about. I was talking in general not about anybody specific.

Italians weren't oppressed due to being of African descent you fukking idiot. You've got to be one of the dumbest motherfukkers here.
What in the absolutely holy fukk are spouting right now? It's common fukking knowledge about the kind shyt Italians went through on account of their african ancestry, you can ask fukking older Italians themselves.

Are you even trying to make sense or are you just trying to justify your fake problackness and white wife?

I honestly dont even know what the fukk you're talking about. You're saying anyone who is subject to oppression due to their african ancestory is black, then you say it has nothing to do with features and then say italians weren't ridiculed because of their roots when it's well fukking documented. When Italians were “Blacks”: The dark-skinned Sicilians | Rasta Livewire

Dude, fukking kill yourself.
