This opens up a larger conversation: What really makes one "Black" or "White?"

If ONLY my grandfather was Black and everyone else in my family were white, does that make me black?

Does it have to only be the Mother and/or Father? What if one is Biracial? If I'm 1/4 black but raised by white parents with white siblings in a predominantly white neighborhood, can I say that I'm White? Would the Black Community call me a sellout or "trying to pass" if I did? How far does it all go?

My position is that because white supremacy is a system that ensures privilege for people classified as white on the strength of oppressing people classified as black, it makes no sense for people classified as black to in-fight over silly petty shyt. I say that all people classified as black should unite around that and work towards black empowerment. Now, because you can't argue with that position, you attempt to deflect by trolling with ad hominems man straw arguments.
