He's focusing more on his music career so I guess he's fine with just getting some TV time.
R-Truth is a very sad case of wasted talent, when I look through his career - I don't see why he couldn't be a solid heel champ in WWE. If he was booked to be more serious like he was in TNA, he could have been a believable transitional champ.

Those other companies know they have to cater to their fans though. Yeah, TNA have a lot of problems (mostly money and TV exposure based), but they're not trying to just push people THEY FEEL the fans should be rooting for, but taking more chances based on the response their stars are getting with promos and in-ring performaces. If a Black wrestler is getting over, they're less hesitant to making them a champion, and the crowd feels involved.
