And Brown Sugar, Voodoo, and Black Messiah are better than any R. Kelly album including 12 Play.

Anyone can say an album is better but when it's time to analyze,nikkas will fail horribly. Kell's first three album alone shyt on dude's career easily.
dangelo would get shut down song for song by bobby brown,chris brown,usher,ginuwine etc etc

This is tough. Kells is very talented and has some classic albums but due to having a lot of albums he also has some bad albums, and he is fukked up in the head but the good from kellz is fukking classic. D is more of an enigma, plays by his own rules and dissapeared for way to long after voodoo but came back strong, he basically has 3 solid albums and 1 of those is a classic.

I'm gonna say Kellz due to 12 play, R, tp2.com and chocolate factory.

None of D'Angelo's 3 albums are classic in your opinion, yet they are considered some of the greatest of all time by true music fans/artists and respected critics/journalists alike. The respect that those 3 albums have received and continues to receive shyts on whatever respect R. Kelly's albums have received. When people mention great albums, R. Kelly's albums/output is not as referenced as D'Angelo's if we're being honest.

D'Angelo is one of my favorite artists. Voodoo hands down is one of the best albums mix wise I've heard. But, R. Kelly's body of work is so much more vast. D'Angelo would need to put out more work for us to properly judge him. Theres a big gap after the brown sugar album where kills was putting out hit after hit. My vote goes to R. Kelly.
