But man...I hope Sean P gets discovered and appreciated by as many people as possible. He was so underrated. Such a true emcee, did the street rap but was so deadpan and funny about it. Let the hipsters become big fans that never heard him before. I just hope he reaches as many people as possible.

I agree. I usually hate when people start frontin like they were always down too. This is the one exception I'll make because Sean Price was that good. If people were late to the party, its all good. As long as they're here now. P deserved it. Truly one of the all time greats.

I can't pretend like I was the biggest fan but I've been a casual listener over the years. Monkey barz got heavy play. Figure four was my favorite song by him. He was obnoxiously talented and I always assumed he'd get big by accident one day. I also have a lot of respect for a rapper who can jump on an underground hardcore track even if it's just okay
