NPR did a segment of him on Morning Edition, but for some reason the link won't post.

This is one of my favorite songs of his.

Just did a quick Sean Price search on my itunes playlist and compiled all his features into 2 files. 34 tracks total.

P Loosies 1.zip

P Loosies 2.zip

This shyt is too sad brehs.

I remember hearing him for the first time like so many people on GTA 3, wasn't really exposed to Heltah Skeltah like that as a youngn. That line "winchesters, Remington's, any shotty I hit it, yo" was so dope to me I went out and copped Both Heltah Skeltah joints.

fast forward to 2005 I think and I read probably on :hamster: that P and Duck Down was working with 9th Wonder (one of my favorite producers) and I was excited to hear the contrast of styles. Monkey Bars kept the gritty NY sound and had a few jams from 9th and I believe Khrysis as well.

Jesus price was dope too, as well as that Kimbo Price mixtape. "Bars of Death ft. Poison pen and Swave was my favorite.

Most recently I loved how P kept connected with the new school, doing joints for Statik Selektah and Joey Badass, not to mention the Random Axe album.

This shyt is :snoop:

I had a radio show in college and was heavy on Sean P/the whole BCC, bout to go listen to that tribute from Rosenberg again.

RIP

one of my favorite MCees of all time. WTF? I have everything he ever did. Somebody please tell me G. Rap is ok or I aint gonna be no more good. unquestionably my favorite BCC member and top 5-10 favorite of mine all time. Still really in shock, was hoping this was a hoax.

my favorite shyt by him of all time...

La Da Darkman and Sean went in

Edit: I see Peter doing his best future flavas imitation.

Two things I've noticed.

1. Hard to be sad when actually listening to his songs because he was hilarious
2. Dude did so many collaborations. I would guess he's on at least 30-40 percent of all the albums I've bought in the last 20 years. He genuinely seemed to like working with rappers he respected

dawg i literally just be laughing and yelling out "P!" going through his shyt.

"Shorty…you treat her with class I treat her like dirt
I put my…dikk in her ass and my hand in her purse…P!"

:mjlol:

"Matter of fact I took ya sneakers in jail
cut ya cheek, blood skeet, next week I make bail…P!"

:pachaha:

I'm really not gonna be over this death for a minute man. Every time I hear "Heartburn" that shyt gets to me

i never really got into the whole BCC camp and while i used to bump Magnum Force a lot as a youngin (because big bro had the CD) i never got into his solo stuff (just never got around to it).

it's kinda wack on my part that it took his passing for me to actually check out his stuff. dude was fukking hilarious :mjlol:
