crying or tearing up aint no punk shyt

i dont like to tear or cry but i did both for P

That times write up & the mural destroyed me. I think the silver lining here is that an MC who really never sold even GOLD had such an outpouring of devout love and heartbreak that these institutions had to recognize. it's a strange win for hip hop when we mourn one of our own so honestly. it wakes and shakes people who front the fukk on up. I just welled up again. you know how you well up then immediately your body goes to laugh mode on some protection mechanism shyt? I deeeed it.

Man, I been reading some mainstream news outlets about the death of Sean and these racist people are so sick and pathetic with their comments. Really pisses me off seeing it. When it comes to us even in death still get no respect.

One of the reasons I've been avoiding reading ANY comment section
cause I know it'll be littered with bullshyt.

The fans will quickly be drowned out by people who don't give a damn about
Hip Hop, the sorta people who just want a chance to trash a rapper.

Sean Price death hit me hard as Pac, Pimps C, Eazy, Lord Infamous and MJ. The whole Boot camp click were soundtracks to my teenage years, Heltah Skelttah even made you wanted to try rapping even.

What I loved about P was that he was never afraid of being himself and showing his wit. A lot of cats today are so one demisional with their music and
Selling a larger than life image that they lose touch with who they are. P let nikkas know he sold crack while listening to Redman, He rapped about his kids, being broke, and was wild original with it. This one hurts
