I miss when special editions used to have work put into them. All types of shyt included.

One of my favorites was the Memento DVD

Studios actually put effort and imagination into most of the DVD cases/artwork. Most blu-rays don't even have artwork on the damn disc

Love DVD commentaries.

But I will say one of the worst DVD commentaries I ever listened to
was Smokin' Aces director Joe Carnahan BS'd around on the commentary
and mainly talked about stuff that didn't relate to the movie.

Do they pause specific scenes and further explain said scene
like they did with The Simpsons Movie?

I almost prefer it because it's chill and you can still hear audio or caption. Also Educational

It's was so many things he had to cut out the movie.

They seldom pause, maybe 1-2 a season if I remember.
