One of the few decent human beings in professional wrestling. RIP.
Same I watched all the WCW weekend shows so I grew up seeing a ton of the utility guys(Eaton,Arn,Finlay,Regal, etc). No surprise with thier talent they became some of my fav wrestlers. I only wish I could've saw more of the Midnights in their prime. Bobby was a great rassler and the type of guy we lost with dubseedubya going away.Forgive me for spamming this thread, but Bobby was one of my favorites growing up as a kid in da south watching WCW Power Hour, WCW Saturday Night, and WCW World Wide.

A tag-team wrestling legend. RIP.

yeah steve thought the world of bobby..he put him over big in his bookStone Cold told a funny Bobby Eaton story on his podcast once. I'm not sure if Steve was involved in the match, but Bobby went out there and put a good 15 minute match in that just wowed everyone. Once Bobby got to the back, Steve, still a young rookie at the time, decided to ask Bob why he did certain things during the match and every answer to every question he asked was Bobby just looking up at him, kind of confused, and answering "I don't know." back. He basically put on a great match and just did things out of pure instinct for no rhyme or reason. Gotta love it.
Yup, Austin said that working with Eaton was like taking a night off because you never had to worry about anything when you were in the ring with him.yeah steve thought the world of bobby..he put him over big in his book
Notice how he always shifted his weight to the opposite side to not land on the other guy. And he made sure his leg was properly bent to land on the guy's neck either. That fact that those tough old school wrestlers let him do that move on them shiwed what a great wrestler he was. U got to be a great wrestler if u trust somebody to dive leg first in to ya neck. RIP!
