Evil wins. Morality don't. Republicans took back the House in 2010 2 years after the first year of the recession. They shouldn't have been able to take it back that quick. They took back the Senate in 2014 and took the white House with the most arrogant, ignorant, bigot, sexual predator piece of shyt possible.

Moral victories don't mean anything in politics. All they are is a good thing to teach your kids.

To be honest, all this should be about appeasing their constituents. The Republicans in office don't give a fukk and their constituency will just rationalize it however.

It is worth it. Republicans have no morals and it gives them power to influence policy and decision making for years. Republicans having no morals gets them District Court appointments and lifetime Supreme Court appointments. Courts that will make decisions that will last decades. (Reminder they have majority in the Supreme Court and will get another 1 or 2 picks in this term)

Democrats have nothing to show for morality. They are losers. They have no power. They are losers.

Not giving a shyt gets you further in life than "going high" or being full of morals.. I know this personally from experience.
