R&B heads, how do ya'll feel about these new school, atmospheric female R&B artists?

Most of them are devoid of talent, and just sing poorly, drenched in reverb, on good beats. They're carried by production.
Most of these artists have little scope and due to them not being able to sing, play any instruments, produce etc. they're just a pretty face for a while. Aiko is a really really awful with no distinguishing features other than being good-looking.

I love it. Big fan of all 4 posted in the OP. All are talented artists who actually write their own music which is way more than we can say about most of the popular mainstream artists. Tinashe and Jhene in particular are great writers if you actually take the time to listen to their projects.
Jhene and SZA's voices are iffy, but TInashe and Rochelle Jordan can actually sing. Rochelle's voice is really strong but it looks like her old videos of her on Youtbe just singing to the camera wre taken down
