I work in a corporate office for Nurse/PCA etc.. their is this PCA who came by the office for training so like normal I do but we instantly caught a chill vibe this was like a month ago She calls my direct extension at my job at times when she needs help with anything work related
Today she came by the office and we chatted a bit when she needed help with something else…. I really fukk with her but I don’t know how to approach her because she doesn’t come to the office often… she comes randomly .. I work at corporate so I have access of her contact info but that would not be smart… How would ya go about this?

Think of something that you already like, but is in the range of what she could reasonably like, no weird shyt. Think like trendy coffee places, spots nearby for lunch that are not some bullshyt - something like that. An easy invite, to move things out of the work place.

Think what kind of person is this, what do they like? If you were her, what would she say yes to? Probably not a direct invite back to your spot. Or lets get a hotel room. But most people would be down to grab a quick drink or coffee with someone who is attractive.

I know how to approach but in my situation its legit random when I will see her in the office… before today last time I saw her was last month…I was training some nurse while she was waiting in the lobby and I was talking with ole girl in between it…..one of dumb ass co workers told me to just message her that comes off weird

This past year I was in medical setting, breh everyone was fukking eachother no cap.. People was coming back married and all type of shyt.. That dont even include the retreat and conventions I go to annually and I see all type of shyt..

I had one chick leave a letter on my desk straight up saying she would be my sneaky link, she was down fo rthe cause, another chick in same dept had me pump faking cause I was like whats really going on? , I didnt even make a move even tho she was teethy with the boy.. I made a move and we already exchanged info because she was hitting me up in to company chat and I cant do it.. Just tell drop your number and say hit you there as you dont like to be on company network, put ball in her court and see response. After I left, home girl was like I was confused because I was letting you know I was interested but you didnt really make move..


Again I move kinda different and maybe its regional.. But medical field in south florida, ALOT of em getting it in.. But its latin/island vibes

I don't have experience working in any of those places, but am just assuming everyone is sleeping with each other, and asking someone out for coffee isn't a NY Times worthy expose, but in person is better anyway, you just have to wait or walk into where she works for some made up reason.

but this would not be one of areas of expertise.

if you are hitting someone up, who didn't give you their number, you should be near 100% on the repose. because that would be a little weird to have hanging.

I haven’t took a L w women in a minute. I smashed like 6 different girls this year 15 the year before it just gets tiring to go out and hunt and then the sex don’t even be all that or her sħit stinks up the whole room I’ve dealt with that too many times. I have a large body count, I’m not proud of that and I don’t want to be one of those triple digit body count but I could get there easily by 2025 at what point does one settle down after all that

if you value your job I would leave this alone. If you can easily find another job just in case go for it. The best way is to be direct and tell her you want to get to know her ask to meet at happy hour.

From reading your post, the woman sounds like she’s simply doing her job duties and reaching out to you to accomplish said duties.

What does “caught a vibe” even mean? Y’all might of laughed at something or referenced a popular trend? What about y’all connection did you see anything to build off of?

To answer the question, what you should do is build up rapport by asking more about her role and her trajectory with the company through 1:1 meetings INSIDE THE BUILDING CAFETERIA like other work employees do. If all else fails, you gained a great work connection that can branch out to future opportunities.

This is all based on if you want a genuine and authentic relationship. If you just want to fukk then it’s a bad idea.
