I believe the one size fit all mentality is what hurting men and preventing them from really finding what works for them.. It leads to people over analyzing everything
You have all of these different YouTubers and podcasters and Gurus telling you
"You have to bring up sex in first conversation"
"Don't compliment her'
"Don't approach her"
"Get your money and muscles up bro"
"If she hits you back, wait 4 days"
"Order this course "
"buy this book "
"Don't try to make her laugh, Stay serious"
There's been instances where I smashed using a lot of humor, smashed at just saying something flattering and built off that.
For both men and women, this kind of content is not only contradictory, but will lead to decision paralysis, and probably explains some of people's anxiety and flakiness, to a degree. It's a fascinating generational trend, for example in 2004, or even 2009, if you liked someone, you maybe asked your immediate social circle, and family?
I never did that, but people probably did. Now, you run them through some insane criteria, PLUS how they compare to 1000 other people on social media.
There are some legit things to learn, like body language cues, and the kind of delicate social cues of men and women, coffee after a date, inviting someone to your house for a drink, or lets watch a movie. All bullshyt, but if you don't know those cues, you will miss a lot. BUT, a lot of the content, lessons, guidance people consume now is madness. It's like the advice from bullshyt self help books.
