So I'm apartment hunting and hit up a realtor. I told her my budget and gave her a lot of info including financial info. She sent me some forms after the conversation and I insisted on seeing pictures of the property before filling out the forms. Was I wrong for wanting to see pictures before filling out forms or agreeing with her being my broker? Or is that how it works where you have to fill out forms first before even seeing pics of the property?

I agree in theory. Feel like you lose a bytch if you totally ghost before a date. Plus I’m trying to build up tension before we meet. Prob just hit her up once a day at night

Its a double edge sword. You gotta remain as mysterious as possible.

I personally like leaving hoes uncertain. A little anxiety always works in your favour imo.

If you agreed to meet on a friday over the weekend (lets say Saturday), i’d probably check in on the thursday night to confirm the time and place for friday.

However, irrespective of all of that, if she truly wants to see you, texting her or not during the week won’t matter.

You call the shots.

If she cancels or flakes and blames you because you didn’t check in throughout the week though, tell her alright & move on. Don’t explain yourself and definitely do not get upset either. Alright and delete the number. She just wants to absolve herself of the feeling of no longer being interested and instead justify it by blaming you.

After going years without tryna holla at women, the most confusing thing to me was when I got back in the game and asked a chic for her number and she gave me her ig instead. At the time I looked at it like rejection but I think Gen Z may be on to something.

Yesterday I was getting at this chic at an event I went to and the conversation was going great and when she had to go, I told her lemme get her ig so we can finish our convo later.

Again I am just assuming based on what you said but could be wrong.. People will get info from realtors, have them do work, show them properties then turn around and not have them represent them or use someone else

Yea its a tough spot for all involved.. She probably like if he wont commit to this one paper why would I waste my time.. Cant blame either party, gonna have to find some common ground and communication to make it work.

With the new NAR lawsuits and laws the game is gonna change and buyers agents about to disappear all together, buyers/renters gonna have to go it all alone or pay out of pocket..
