It doesn't matter to you. You can't talk to women like you talk to men about relationship drama. It has to be said in a delicate way. Especially at work. That's the only reason I asked that's it. Yall overanalyzing shyt that doesn't matter
Why are you talking relationship drama:

  • With a woman?
  • With a woman you claim is only an acquaintance?
  • At work?

She asked for advice. That's all there is to it. You're making it deeper than it needs to be. Only reason I'm not calling her a friend is because I haven't known her long enough. But we're cool

And I talk to everyone who needs it there. I'm doing this type of shyt for money years from now. Like I said youre analyzing shyt that doesn't matter. These aren't quick little gems

Usually regret, sometimes embarrassment, sometimes she's getting the hands laid on her by someone at church already, but they gotta keep it on the hush.

And sometimes church girls been ran through, often by someone at church, so she's "testing" you.

Suffer no fools.

It means bring a younger hot girl to church next Sunday. And a few different ones in the next couple of months. Extra points if you bring a Becky and sit a few pews in front of her.
Embarrassment of what?
I’m good, I’m not trying to attract nor impress hoes. I want ONE virtuous woman. Thanks breh.

You are overthinking if this is truly the case. You gave her some very basic advice that anyone could and likely has given her.

Girls/women are funny.

Eyeball you all day, but when you step up - she's thrown off by you actually talking to her.

Embarrassed for you. (You thought I was feeling you);.

Embarrassed at the situation. (We're at church! You could be at Church's Chicken and get the same response);

And low-key embarrassed at herself, for being so obvious. (Which is why she might keep staring).

Speaking to the audience/ lurkers

The real lesson is that trying to nail down what exactly went "wrong" is a fools errand.

You won't know, because she doesn't know.

They don't know why they do what they do.

She might give you a reason, but whatever she says is really only her trying to reconstruct the scenario in her mind, and then give you a plausible explanation, so that she can get out of the conversation and still keep her ego intact and keep yours down.

Stop looking for these things.

Because if I can hit you with 5-20 plausible reasons why one particular broad might do something there are infinite number of other reasons.

All that said - these broads change their minds at the drop of a dime, with zero new information.

Chick will have a change of heart, and in weeks to come she might listen in in your conversation, find a way to be in the same space as you, be in your line of sight, talk to the last person you just talked to... All types of creepy behavior. (when men do these things, it's labeled creepy).

This creep before is her putting you in a position to try again.

It's happened to me, and I've seen it happen to others. Approach a grown woman respectfully and discretely, especially one giving choosing signals, only to have her dismiss dude. Few weeks later, she realizes all of those initial feelings were not her real feelings.

Even though y'all could have been in matching tshirts, she can't approach you....

Lemme be clear, She might strike up a conversation, but she won't make herself vulnerable to hearing you say no to her. She has to preserve her sense of self.

That's the game she's playing, what many play.

Playing games is not having game.

She was the one giving me heavy choosing signals and she seemed bout it as far as being an actual Christian woman. I took my time, didn’t want to rush it.

One day before the second service. She was in the foyer/common hall. Weren’t that many people cause service was beginning. I kept it G and asked her if she not busy later today I’d love to take her out and get to know her more.

She took a pause and then said I think we should stay friends. I said no hard feelings, have a good day. Took my ass to service. I’m not waiting for any woman to have a change of heart.
Keep it moving. You don’t know what going on with her in her personal life. Also, like you said, you don’t have time for her to have a change in heart either.

One of my acquaintances is going through a dilemma with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend talks to women outside of their relationship. He texts them but always tells her about them reaching out. But he continues the text conversations

He has a friend who has an ex girlfriend. I guess they were friends while his boy was in that relationship. He is now still in communication with her. I told my acquaintance straight up that he doesn't respect her or the relationship and she either has to block him or start talking to other guys. I've been in her shoes before. Waiting for confirmation that my girl was cheating even though red flags were always there

Waiting and having hope before it gets exposed is what hurts the most. I know very well myself. Was I right for telling her what I did?
personally i dont get why people do this. If you wanna look elsewhere or you're losing interest, why not just flat out leave?

And by blocking him and not communicating, what does that even achieve?

Nothing wrong with flirting or getting hit on wherever, its totally fine to exercise your socials. Hell, I'd even be proud that dudes are lookin at my fine ass girl. But following up with it in text and shyt just seems messy on both ends cause your both liable to fukk someone else the second you both feel disrespect in the slightest. Just seems like a weird game to play, but to each their own tho I guess :manny:

With that being said, I get her coming to you about all this but if shes really concerned about it then its on her to take action. Ball is always in a womans court and they gotta know that if some bullshyt is happening at home, you kinda gotta handle it/communicate at home. Its cool to ask for advice but she might be leaving out details or get the wrong kinda advice (seeing as how you told her to just block the dude instead do what he doing)

I work with her
:unimpressed:

I'd put a baby in her and she's called me beautiful before and asked someone else If I'm single. But I work with her
:francis:

One of the male OGs there told me to never mix your job with your dating life

I can already sense shyt happening. I get so much attention now that I'm making conversation with everyone. So much so that when certain female coworkers see me talking to any other female their energy changes. Facial expressions body language all that

Overheard this one homegirl saying she likes me the other day. Yesterday she saw me walking with a female coworker talking. She was sitting behind me and her. As we had distance from her and reached the door, the sitting girl ask another coworker "does he like her?"
:sadcam:

And this is one of many women I work with. It's overwhelming. I hear shyt I've never heard before daily. I've never been called hot before
:mindblown:

But yea its different between us because we don't talk all the time. I don't even have her number. She's just a cool coworker. If someone is chill and genuine I vibe with them male or female. And I'm just a caring nikka I always try to give good advice especially if it's for shyt I've been through

Was it good advice?
:lupe:

I feel like it might've been harsh and hard for her to hear
:mjlol: ok nah, now you're trollling

I didn't want to tell her to leave him because she's really invested. That's what I would do if I had a girl that did that. But basically just wanted to make the point that dude doesn't respect the relationship

What she does on the side isn't my business. I talked to a satanist the other day about God and his grace. I don't judge I just try to give game feel me

Nah she's a good person from what I've seen so far. Just talked to her. Said a football metaphor. Basically if the ref keeps throwing flags at some point you have to adjust your game (red flags). She understood so it's all good. I wasn't too harsh yesterday

If I directly relate to a situation someone's going through I just tell them what I wanted to be told when I went through it
