A lot of men think that women want some sort of a Superman, somebody who checks all the boxes.
They get lost trying to become that man and end up confused when they check those boxes and women still mistreat them or diss them.
Thats because even though women may think they want all these positive qualities, they actually dont realize they cant handle a man who has all of that. In fact, most women dont even think about why they want certain traits in a man or what would make somebody a good fit for them. Instead, they just go by what society tells them they should like, find it , dont feel it, then move on.
Instead, it is important for men to realize that all women care about, it how you make them feel, Furthermore, they need to feel secure/safe.
If you are smart, it doesn't matter if your intelligence makes her feel dumb or condescended.
If you are financially sound, it doesnt matter if you make her feel broke and are cheap
If you are physically strong and protective, it doesnt matter if you make her feel physically threatened
If you are supportive, it doesn't matter if you make her feel pressure
If you are fit, it doesn't matter if you make her feel like she's lazy/unattractive
If you are conservative, it doesnt matter if you make her feel judged
If you are liberal and accepting, it doesnt matter if you make her feel like she can walk all over you
If you take her on dates or to events that she likes, it doesnt matter if you make her feel like you dont enjoy it and only did it for her
If you sacrifice for her, it doesnt matter if you make her feel like she will have to sacrifice for you / pay you back
If you provide wisdom and guidance, it doesnt matter if it makes her feel controlled or judged
If you are good looking and charismatic, it doesnt matter if it makes her feel like you can leave her for another women
Most women do not actually care about you or what you bring to the table. All they care about , is how what you bring to the table makes them feel and fits into their desires and goals lol

The man she complains about is the man she can't get enough. The "I can't stand his ass!" guy she's talking about, deep down, she wants that guy to blow her back out. Women are attracted to tension, they find it "passionate".

Facts. Best way to avoid the “eggshells” feeling is to deal with more than 1 woman at a time. In the past when I was dealing with 2-3 chicks at a time I was the one ghosting, canceling plans, taking hours to respond, treating them with a take it or leave it mindset, sniffing out the bullshyt and leaving chicks on read.
At 38 I behave the same as if I have 2-3 girls except I only deal with 1 chick at a time nowadays, don’t have the time nor energy to “juggle” girls anymore so if the 1 girl I’m dealing with ain’t on my program I’ll find another one.

yeah breh, they’re gonna blow up trust me. play with different variations and tempos of the exercise and don’t be afraid to use your hands for full support on the ground.for hamstrings?
kind of looks like doing the mike tyson pushup but with your knees on the ground ofc. i put cushions under a couch then pin my ankles under for the set up
make sure you feel it all in the hamstrings when you’re pulling up. slow tempo works way better and make sure the reps stay within your personal range of tension at all times
