If it happened during a cut it might be dietary. If you aren’t getting sufficient fats that could throw hormones off along with the mental part

Yup it's crazy. It's this generation also the same with work how folks switch jobs like every year etc. I'm 36 and I've only worked for 3 places in my life

Yep, and it’s alway the type of people who put all their business up on social media then fall out and be deleting videos and pictures. Every few months.

Women I’m dating, dont be posting anything up on social media that light either of us up. Privacy and discretion is a lost art with a lot of people.
