I realized I had to get away from this cycle tbh.

I realized after my last situation fell through, the last 4 or so years every time I'm really feeling a girl it always takes me meeting another girl I really like to get her completely off my mind.

I need to stop relying on that and master my thoughts to get a woman out of my head without having to find another one first.
That's partly the reason I'm going cold turkey for the moment on women.

How do you brehs handle women that are used to guys blowing money on them? I don’t do that and I’ve never had this issue before but she keeps making slick remarks. For me dating is a two way street. I pay for dinner, she can get the next one. I find it keeps us both honest and shows mutual interest is shown and respected.

A woman who wants you to spend just to spend is not for me. Especially if she’s making slick comments as well

The whole idea of dating is to get to know each others personalities and inner beings a woman that can be easily bribed by any man blowing money on her is not a good long term prospect.

Im actually starting to like apps better. I listen to The Lead Attorney and he was saying how it’s easier to vet, but also background check, figure out what you’re getting into, if you have a lot going for yourself. Especially if you can see if they “like you” first. The spontaneous meet up in real life is cool too, but there’s still a lot of mystery (kids, drama, type of woman, etc). But I don’t mind it, even if I’m in a overseas location.

If you go on a quality app, Hinge / Maybe Bumble or other higher level ones (The League or a blackpeoplemeet.com) you may have a a better experience.

As far as dates / meet ups, times are changing, you gotta move quick. As soon as you match, you should be trying to meet the same day or get the number and transition off the app. (Link on weekdays, never on weekends unless it’s guaranteed box)

Don’t FaceTime, you become pen pal status.

Good advice but I like to do at least 1 video call just to see that her face in the pictures is matching her current self.

As for meeting up. Absolutely agree, you need to be setting something up quickly this is why I like to suggest coffee meets, quick, easy, no pressure and if the vibe is not good in person you can both call it quits half an hour in. A chick who cant even be bothered to do that marks her off my interest list. Also good shout on the meeting on weekdays. My weekends are for woman I already know I'm going to have a fun time with.

People attentions spans are so short these days you really need to be upfront and clear with these chicks or they’ll curve you or add you to their orbiter list.
