Idk where I read it on thecoli it could've been a few pages back on this very thread but someone said something to the effect of

That's part of the reason why I think a phone call would be better than FaceTime. It's easier to do a quick call and try to set something up in person. FaceTime would have them trying to give me a virtual tour of their place.

Just be efficient with your time. By 20 minutes in, you should have dropped hints about meeting. By the half hour mark, you should have a place and time picked.

And to be generous, maybe a second phone call if you really like the chick. If you don't have a date planned by the second call, you are more than likely wasting your time.
